Terry Watson was brought on to guide business development strategy and engage closely with major retail customers in ensuring effective distribution and marketing of quality new products. One of her key roles is ensuring that new products meet specific retail partner and consumer needs.
Ms. Watson’s background includes classical training at the Culinary Institute of America, Ecole Lenotre in France, and the International School of Confectionery. As corporate executive chef at Dawn Foods, Inc., she guided the development of innovative culinary creations that were utilized in retail settings such as Panera and Au Bon Pain. In 2000, she earned a gold medal award at the International Culinary Exhibition in Erfurt, Germany.
